Can i test my game on ps4?

If I write on a cd the game .exe and put that cd in a ps4 will I be able to play it?
If not do I need to export in another format?

I'm not entirely sure, and I'm in no way an expert in this field, but you need a company like Lone Wolf Technology to port it to the console for you. And I'm not even sure they are able to port it to a PS4.
Point is, if you do write on a cd the game.exe file, you might break your console, or the game will be unplayable.

Godot does not officially support consoles, but there are third party companies that offer porting and publishing services of Godot games to consoles.

Lone Wolf Technology offers Switch, PS4 and XBox One porting and publishing of Godot games.

Looks like it's not if you look at their pricing scheme. In fact, it's quite expensive and you wouldn't like to port your game unless you're going to sell it.

It makes sense that this service is not free, maybe it takes a considerable amount of work.

However, if somehow you found a website that offers porting services for free you should be good to go.
