Support chat app with google firebase?

Hello developers,

I want to make my own support chat app like helpshift.com
I program games 3 years ago but "multiplayer"? i never create that.

I have already experience with firebase but not for this theme.

So my question: how can i make my own support chat app like helpshift with firebase?
I created already a test like in this website: http://www.narwalengineering.com/2018/07/01/godot-tutorial-simple-chat-room-using-multiplayer-api/

But this is local and i need online.
