Godot 3.3.2 OSX export has a security issue preventing it to run if downloaded.

I’m struggling with this issue for several days now:

When I export a project for OSX with 3.3.2, the export runs smoothly locally.
But as soon i put it online somewhere (ftp, itch.io) and download it, i get a notification from osx saying “app is damaged and can not be opened” and proposing me to … put it in the trash!

I’ve exported from linux and osx, no difference.

Does somebody have the slightest idea what’s going on?
