Godot bugged and has an error every time I start

When I start Godot the screen gets all buggy and when I start a project this error appears:

Error _display_error_with_code: SceneShaderGLES3: Program Link FAILED:
Fragment shader(s) failed to link, vertex shader(s) failed to link.

This also happens with gles2
