I need to add some semitransparent tiles to tileset which partially superimposed on an adjacent tile to make an illusion of volume. For i.e. tree tile which will be superimposed with tile up of it. Is it possible?

If not, can I detect the needed tile in autotile or atlas tile to put the sprite in this place?
