I am fairly new to this engine and this is the first time its happening to me. I am unable to add sprite frames from the Sprite Node into the AnimationPlayer Node.

Everytime i press the key symbol, it throws an error:

editor/animationtrackeditor.cpp:3672 - Condition "!root" is true.

Godot version 3.4.4 stable mono

Does a restart of Godot fix anything?

no that didnt work. i even restarted my pc, the problem persists.
