What are the GPU requirements for Godot?

Hi, I'm a complete newbie to Godot. My current PC (and its GPU) are so old that Godot doesn't work on them. So I want to buy a new PC for Godot. Can I use a normal office PC with an unaccallerated graphics card/GPU? OR if I need a GPU what are the minimum requirements?

I don't know which Godot version is suitable for me, but I guess 4.
