Should I use pathfollow or navigation mesh for a racing game ai

Help I think path follow isn’t good but nav mesh I don’t know how to keep the rotation moving slow

For a racing game AI, I would prefer neither. Context based steering is more suited for this as it gives the most flexibility. Kidscancode has a great tutorial on his site and a video version on YouTube.
