How to change size of control node in godot 4

I want to change the size of control node and label in godot 4 but I can't find the size property of label and control node in the inspector, any solution.

Godot version Godot 4 Beta 9

Both the Control and Label nodes will have them under "rect". (for GODOT 3.5)
They are under Layout/Transform in GODOT 4.0.
