Instead of exporting the engine with the game, And with godot 4 with it’s increase of export size

I think it’s time to think about making a one-time to download runtime
I don’t think it’s that hard to make .pck files to be runnable with it, It will also make it easier for others to send their prototypes every change they make, So testers don’t have to download a roughly 50-70 mb (Windows export) engine with the file
