My first thought would be to use a TextureButton instead of a Button and simply provide an appropriately blurred image for the texture. Docs here:

Im don’t know how to explain this but you have to make a dynamic font, so if u go in the inspector of the button you can see there is a place called Theme Overides click it. And there will be another area that pops up where you can click on fonts. Click on empty and choose Dynamic font. Go to Settings and make the Size 1000 and then use the Size tool to make it the perfect size.
