My driver does not support Vulkan version and I really wan’t to update my godot version. I currently have the LTS version. Is there any possible way to get updated my godot engine?

When creating a new project, there is a compatibility option for the renderer. As you can see in the image below, it uses OpenGL3 so you could try that.
