[Prepare Template] Failed to copy export template

I'm trying to export my game to windows for testing purposes but the engine gives me this error message [Prepare Template]:Failed to copy export template
The export template is installed and ready to use, I even reinstalled it but the problem is still happening

Godot version 3.5.1.stable
