I have a game on the web and the sound stutters very much in it. Especially on weak Android devices.
I know this is a known problem, but is there any way around it? I didn’t know this when I started development.

I think this is going to be your problem, especially if they’re playing via the browser? Speculation on my part.
There are various things you could do although I’d hazard a guess that many things could be causing the audio to stutter; it doesn’t when I tested just now.
Have a read here, tweak one thing at a time and test:
