How do I get the scrollbar icon buttons to work?

I have a ScrollContainer that I’m using and the scrollbars work normally. It works with the mouse and the scroll wheel, but I cannot use the icon buttons to work. Does anyone know how to get them to work? Is this an issue with Godot 4? I can’t seem to find anything for Godot 3 or 4 on using the buttons to scroll.
