How can I get a reference to the Advnaced Import Settings dialog for my plugin?

Looking for a way to get references to the nodes in the pop up box that shows up when you double click on a .glb/.fbx file. I want to be able to make changes to the model preview (specifically being able to change the camera from orthographic to perspective) and would like to add this functionality with a plugin but can’t find a way to get a reference to the popup itself or anything in that window.
