Weird issues with tiles [BEGINNER

Above an Image of my current scene, with the Tilemap configured pretty simple.
As you can see,

  1. I have not been able to fix the red edges of the entities or Nodes in the scene,
  2. and I cant stack them up , to make it appear like a higher wall.

I am sure both things can be fixed easily. Please tell me if you have a fix , thanks:
