Problem with animations having miscalculated length upon importing from Blender

I have created dozens of animations in blender, exported whole armature along Action strips. Everything seems to be working fine, but SOME of the animations have their lenght calculated in a way, that animation is stopped just before final track, leaving mesh halfway animated. I was trying to compare and find out what do these animations have in common, but failed. The thing, that they partially have in common - is cubic or quadratic interpolation handles anywhere between the tracks in Blender.
Anybody knows this issue ? What can I do before export to prevent this ?
I can’t afford to manually change lenght of each animation file, since I plan to frequently update and reimport these animations.
