Was wondering if it's possible to edit multiple lines at the same time in the Godot editor. E.g. if I have multiple variables and I want to append "player_" to the start of each and only have to type once. Tried searching but I can't find anything. Thanks.

I don't think Godot supports multi-cursor input. That would be a feature request to do on Github. However, it was asked already:
So you could add your voice with a thumbs up.
