I want to change the import options for a png so it doesn't look like a blurry mess. but yeah, there are no import button anywhere that I can see and dragging it in just puts it in there. turning "filter" off after import doesn't really work as it's still blurry when I run the game. I'd appreciate some help, thanks

Import options are in the import dock, you must select the resource on the filesystem, change the values on the import dock and reimport the image.

Defaults for future imports can be set after that.

See here for details on the available options http://docs.godotengine.org/en/3.0/getting_started/workflow/assets/importing_images.html
