Hi,

I am building 3 top-down perspective game and I want to implement a 3d dust effect, just like this one here in SimCity BuildIt:

I couldn't find any tutorial on that so I am grateful for any hint on how to do this.

Jeah I used google translate, but it didn't make sense. Additionally, as I commented the linked youtube video was a different one which didn't make that much sense. However, the video that is now linked does. Thanks, I'll have a look into it.
