Why empty android build was crushed ?

Hi, I’m tried to export an empty project for android, but when I run the apk on the android, it immediately crashes.
I tried to export the project both on windows and ubuntu, as well as with debug, and without.
Keystore generated as in documentation, also i experimented with parameters, nothing helped.

What am I doing wrong?
