I have some issues with my tiles that really strain my eyes.

What is that and why is this happening?

The issue is also present while playing the scene:

And there is also a different issue with the tiles that are chess patterned, but I don't know if that's relevant. They look really nauseous while moving the camera. if you can, can you, please, explain to me what is going on here so I can open a different issue.
