I have a model which has a few animations:

However, in Godot only two are visible when exporting as gfltf file:

What am I doing wrong? I'm out of ideas. The Trot-loop animation doesn't seem to differ in any way from the other two.

Better Collada Exporter doesn't seem to work with the latest Blender versions, and 2.79 won't load the model. Exporting as .dae results in no animations at all.

Here is the model file:

Apparently making a new action and copying over keyframes to it resolves the issue.. I don't know why, but ok.
