Hello,

i have Godot version v3.1.2 table mono offical, i have visual studio code 1.41.1 user setup.

i am trying to get visual studio code to work with Godot, i checked on the site:
https://www.reddit.com/r/godot/comments/8z6yxu/how_can_i_connect_my_visual_studio_code_to_godot/

and installed:
https://marketplace.visualstudio.com/items?itemName=geequlim.godot-tools

so i am sad to say i am lost... not sure what i am doing wrong, trying to be a godot but so far its been nothing but a headache setting up :(. any help on getting this to work would greatly be appreciated.

figured it out, here is the link below, in short, i had python 2.7 installed also that had the environment variable code, after i uninstalled python and re-installed visual studio code (made sure to add environment variables check box checked), rebooted machine, everything worked.
