Why Will my kinematicBody3d go through my RigidBody3D Cube

I made a first person character with a collider and a rigid body box with a collider so they wouldn’t fall through the ground but I also thought that it would make the kinematic body not go trough the rigid body but it can and when its pushed to a wall the rigid body will shake and then fly through the wall, I know its caused by the kinematic body inside it. I didn’t add any script to either of them regarding the collision between them. Is this something I have to program or is there an option I am just missing?
