About the "Encrypting save games" page in the docs.

While looking for a way to encrypt a save file I stumbled upon this page on the docs wich has the answer to what I was looking for but also has a set of lines that are definitly funny but also kind of out of place, really I have nothing agaisnt it, I'm just wondering if this is supposed to be this way.
