Why is my Test Width and Test Height settings not staying to what I set?

Every time I go to change the test width and height in the project settings - display - window, it will let me edit the size, but when I close it resets to what it was. Even if I click a different tab in the project settings menu, it will reset to the previous values when I click back.

Can you successfully change other values in Project Settings? If not, maybe there’s an access problem with the underlying project.godot file?
