My character's hands and gun do not move along the y-axis with the camera

Hi, I have a problem
I did the coding, but the character's hands and the gun do not move down and up along the y-axis, meaning the camera moves, but the character's hands and gun are fixed. To understand what I mean, download the following project and move it up and down along the y-axis.
