How do I compile for VR?

I got the VR example project running OK in 3.2, out of the box, running fine in WMR, in play mode, but experience has taught me to constantly test portability. So I tried to compile the EXE, choosing that it was for windows (I guess?) and it does compile but it doesn’t run as a VR app, just in a desktop window with the hands frozen there, not VR.

How do I compile for openVR to end up with an EXE?
