I'd like to be able test my game on my iPad over wifi. Is there a way to do this with the Deploy with Remote Debug option in Godot for iOS or is this only for Android? If it is, are there any other alternative ways that could work? I am using a mac.

I also expect this feature in Godot, you can make a feature request in the GitHub :)
